A travel inquiry starts with a few contact and trip details. Please do not include passport numbers, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
What the form collects
Your name, email address, trip idea, and permission to be contacted are required. Timing, travelers, and budget are optional. A submission identifier, completion time, and the originating site page accompany the inquiry to support processing and abuse checks.
When you send an inquiry
The form sends these details to this site’s inquiry endpoint. When a delivery service is configured, that endpoint forwards the inquiry to it for handling. If delivery is unavailable, the form shows an error and keeps your answers on the page so you can retry. An error is not confirmation that the inquiry was received.
Site interaction events
The site records selected navigation actions and successful form submissions as interaction events in the page. The event code does not include your name, email address, budget, or trip description. Hosting services may also process technical request information.
